Every price has the same parts: the government fee and any centre or third-party charges, passed on in full; our service fee; and GST on our fee only. The total is per traveller, and it is what you pay.

Prices per traveller, in rupees, for each destination’s main visa; other visas for a destination are priced on its page. Processing is in working days, and where a visa needs an appointment it counts from the appointment, not from the day you pay.

What we will not do

  • Advertise a price for a visa you did not ask for

    If the headline says tourist visa, the price is for the tourist visa — not for a 48-hour transit variant that happens to be cheaper.

  • Reprice after you pay

    Your order is locked to the fee schedule in force when you paid. If fees rise the next day, that is our problem.

  • Charge you for a free government form

    Some destinations only need a free arrival card. We do not sell those, at any price.

  • Refund you in credits

    Money comes back to the card or account it came from, not to a wallet you can only spend with us.

Pricing FAQ

What is the government fee?

Set by the destination country, not by us. We collect it and pass it on in full. If the consulate raises it, your price changes; we do not keep the difference either way.

What are centre and third-party charges?

Where a visa is filed in person, whoever runs the appointment charges for it — VFS Global, BLS or TLScontact at a visa centre, or the embassy or consulate directly where there is no centre. It goes to them.

Some destinations that need no appointment still carry a cost we collect and pass on — a licensed filing channel, or insurance the destination requires. Who receives it varies, so we name the amount and not a company we cannot vouch for. Where a destination has neither of these, neither line appears at all.

What is your service fee?

The only line that is our revenue. It is a flat amount per traveller for the corridor — it is not a percentage, so it does not quietly grow with the government fee.

What is the GST line?

GST at 18%, charged on our service fee only. The government fee is a disbursement we collect as your agent, so it is not our supply and is not taxable again. Some competitors charge GST on the whole amount; that is not correct treatment.

What about fees set in a foreign currency?

Consulates bill in their own currency — €90 for Schengen, £115 for the UK, $185 for the US. We convert at a rate we publish on the page, with the date we captured it, so you can check our arithmetic. We do not bury a margin in the exchange rate.

Can anything be added after I pay?

The price shown when you pay is the price. We do not add charges later and we do not reprice your order if fees change afterwards.

When would I get money back?

Set out in full on the refunds page. That page is the only refund policy we operate.
