Nothing here obliges you to use us. Every visa page on this site links the official government portal for that destination, and applying direct costs you only the government’s own fees.

What we are
Visabnb is a private visa assistance service. We are not a government body, not an embassy, not a consulate and not a visa application centre, and we are not acting on their behalf. We prepare, check and submit applications for you.
What we cannot do
We cannot approve a visa, refuse one, speed up a decision, or influence the outcome. Any statement to the contrary — from us or from anyone else — would be untrue. The authority decides alone and may refuse without giving a reason.
Delivery dates
Where we give you a specific delivery date, we mean it and we stand behind it. We only give you one once your appointment is confirmed, because before that the timing is not ours to promise. A published processing range is an estimate from the authority, not a commitment from us.
Your information must be accurate
We complete forms from what you give us. If a name, date or passport number is wrong because the information you supplied was wrong, the resulting refusal is not something we can refund. We check what is checkable and we will query anything that looks inconsistent.
Price
The price shown when you pay is the price. We do not add charges later and we do not reprice your order if fees change afterwards. Conversely, if fees fall after you pay, we do not claw back a discount.
Refunds
Set out in full on the refunds page. That page is the only refund policy we operate; nothing in these terms narrows it.
Your documents
We hold them only to prepare and submit your application, store them encrypted in India, and delete them on the published schedule. Details on the privacy page.
Cancelling
You may cancel at any time before we submit, for a full refund. After submission the authority holds your file and its fees, so cancellation no longer returns money.
Liability
Where we are at fault, our liability is limited to the total amount you paid us for the affected application. We do not cap it at a token figure, and we do not exclude liability for our own errors.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction.
