- Digital photographTaken within the last month, plain light background, no glasses.
- Bank statements (last 6 months)UKVI assesses whether you can fund the trip without working. Unexplained large deposits are a common refusal reason.
- Employment letter with leave approvalConfirms your role, salary, length of service and that you are expected back.

We check them
Someone goes through every document before anything is sent, against the same list you uploaded to. If an item would get the application refused, you get a note saying which one and why, and a chance to replace it.Step 4

You check everything, then pay the all-in price in one charge. Nothing is added after you pay.Step 5
Your appointment
We book the earliest slot we can reach. The 15–24 working days count from your appointment, and you get a firm delivery date once a slot is confirmed.

The 15–24 working day estimate starts from your appointment, not from the day you pay — because the appointment queue belongs to the consulate, not to us. You will get a firm delivery date the moment your slot is confirmed, and not a moment before.
Things worth knowing before you pay

Important: We cannot influence the outcome
The authority decides. Anyone who tells you they can guarantee approval is not telling you the truth.
Important: The appointment queue is not ours
We monitor and book the earliest slot we can reach. When there are genuinely no slots, we will say so rather than take your money and leave you waiting.
Important: Do not buy flight tickets yet
A reservation is enough for the application. Buying a ticket before approval puts your money at risk, not your odds up.
Important: A refusal is not a full refund
The authority keeps its own fee whatever it decides, and that portion is outside our control. Our refund policy sets out exactly what comes back and when.
