What happens after you apply
Step 1
Traveller details
Names exactly as printed on the passport, plus passport dates, for everyone travelling.Step 2
Your documents
The 14 documents to upload are listed above, each with the reason it is asked for. Upload what you have; come back for the rest.Step 3
We check them
Someone goes through every document before anything is sent, against the same list you uploaded to. If an item would get the application refused, you get a note saying which one and why, and a chance to replace it.Step 4
Review and pay once
You check everything, then pay the all-in price in one charge. Nothing is added after you pay.Step 5
Your appointment
We book the earliest slot we can reach. The 30–45 working days count from your appointment, and you get a firm delivery date once a slot is confirmed.
We will not promise you a date we cannot control
A Germany visa requires an in-person appointment and biometrics. The 30–45 working day estimate starts from your appointment, not from the day you pay — because the appointment queue belongs to the consulate, not to us. You will get a firm delivery date the moment your slot is confirmed, and not a moment before.
Things worth knowing before you pay
The constraints that actually get applications refused, with where each one comes from.
Important: We cannot influence the outcome
The authority decides. Anyone who tells you they can guarantee approval is not telling you the truth.
Important: The appointment queue is not ours
We monitor and book the earliest slot we can reach. When there are genuinely no slots, we will say so rather than take your money and leave you waiting.
Important: Do not buy flight tickets yet
A reservation is enough for the application. Buying a ticket before approval puts your money at risk, not your odds up.
Important: A refusal is not a full refund
The authority keeps its own fee whatever it decides, and that portion is outside our control. Our refund policy sets out exactly what comes back and when.

If your paperwork is straightforward and you have the time, applying direct costs you only the authority’s own fees. What you pay us for is set out below.
What you are actually paying us for
The question every visa site avoids answering.
Checked against the current rules
We verify every document against Germany's requirements as they stand this week, not as they stood last year.
Only the documents you actually need
Your checklist changes with your profile — salaried, self-employed, retired, student, minor. You will not be asked for paperwork that does not apply to you.
Appointment secured for you
We hold and book your slot at the visa centre, and re-book it free if it slips.
Forms completed correctly
We prepare and pre-fill the application form. Form errors are the most common avoidable cause of refusal.
One named person on your file
Not a ticket queue. You get the name and direct line of the person handling your application.
Status you can see without logging in
A private tracking link with real timestamps at every stage, and a message on every change.
What it does not buy: influence over the decision. No one can sell you that. The Germany authorities decide, and they decide alone.
