Privacy and your documents
You are handing us your passport, your bank statements and your tax returns. That deserves a specific answer, not a page of boilerplate.
The short version
Your documents are encrypted at rest, stored in India, never publicly accessible, never sold, never used for advertising, and deleted 90 days after a decision on your application. You can delete any document yourself before we submit, and ask us to delete everything at any time.

Where it lives
- Stored in India. We do not move your documents to another jurisdiction for processing.
- Encrypted at rest with AES-256, and in transit with TLS.
- Object storage is private. There is no public URL for your passport scan, signed or otherwise, outside an authenticated session.
- Access is limited to the operations staff working on your file, and every access is logged.
When we delete it
Documents are scheduled for deletion 90 days after a decision on your application. The deletion date is recorded against every file when you upload it, and a scheduled job enforces it — it is not a promise that depends on someone remembering. You can also delete any individual document yourself before we submit, or ask us to erase everything we hold about you.
Who we share it with
The consulate or visa application centre your application is addressed to, and nobody else. We do not sell data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use your documents to train anything.
