The exchange rate we used
Consulates bill in euros, pounds and dollars. We print the rate and the day we captured it.
The official portal, on every page
France-Visas, GOV.UK, the DS-160 — linked directly, with what applying yourself would cost.
A refund policy with a single version
A single page, same text in our terms, and refunds go back to the card you paid with.
A delivery date we chose
Committed only once your appointment is secured. Miss it and we owe you our service fee: a person on our team refunds it to the account you paid from.
When we have delivered enough applications for the number to mean anything, we will publish our real on-time rate — including the misses.

What does the price include?
The number you see is the number you pay — government fee, anything we pass on, our service and tax, all in. No second invoice at delivery.
Can the price change after I pay?
Your order is locked to the fee schedule in force when you paid. If fees rise the next day, that is our problem.
How long does it take?
Each destination shows its processing time in working days. Where a visa needs a consular appointment we do not invent a delivery date at checkout. You get a firm date when your slot is confirmed, and not before.
What documents do I need?
Your checklist is tailored to the destination and to your situation, and each destination’s page shows the full list before you start. Each item says why it is being asked for. Upload what you have on the website; come back for the rest. Nothing is lost between visits.
Can I apply myself instead?
Usually, yes — and we would sooner lose the sale than hide the option. Where the authority accepts an application from the traveller, that visa page links its official portal. For the UAE and Singapore it does not: those authorities only accept a filing through a licensed sponsor or an authorised agent, and the page says so.
What if my visa is refused?
The authority keeps its fee. Whether our service fee is returned is decided case by case today — if the refusal followed an error on our side, you get it back. We are working towards a firm, published rule here and will state it plainly once we have enough data to stand behind it.
Can you influence the decision?
We cannot influence a visa decision, and neither can anyone else selling you this service. What you are paying us for is the preparation, the checking, the booking and the chasing.
