Documents required

The full list, up front. Every item says why it is being asked for.

Required

  • Passport first page (bio page)Colour scan, valid at least 6 months beyond your travel date.
  • Passport last pageThe address page. If your parents' names are printed here it also helps where a passport has only one name.
  • Passport outer cover pageMandatory for UAE entry permits since a September 2025 circular. Applications without it are not processed — it is the most common reason a UAE file stalls on day one.
  • Photograph (35-40 mm, white background)Taken within the last 6 months, face filling 70-80% of the frame, neutral expression, no cap. Religious head covering is fine if the full face is visible.
  • Confirmed return flight ticketA confirmed ticket, not a reservation — unlike Schengen, the UAE treats this as a condition of issue. Its dates must match your hotel booking.
  • Hotel booking for your whole stayMust cover every night and match your flight dates. Enforced since December 2024.

Only if it applies

  • Host details (only if staying with family or friends)If you are not in a hotel we need your host's Emirates ID and a copy of their tenancy contract instead of a booking.

What happens after you apply

  1. Step 1

    Traveller details

Names exactly as printed on the passport, plus passport dates, for everyone travelling.
  2. Step 2

    Your documents

The 7 documents to upload are listed above, each with the reason it is asked for. Upload what you have; come back for the rest.
  3. Step 3

    We check them

Someone goes through every document before anything is sent, against the same list you uploaded to. If an item would get the application refused, you get a note saying which one and why, and a chance to replace it.
  4. Step 4

    Review and pay once

You check everything, then pay the all-in price in one charge. Nothing is added after you pay.
  5. Step 5

    Submission and decision

We submit and track, and you follow it on a private tracking link. 3–6 working days once your documents are complete; the United Arab Emirates authorities decide.

Things worth knowing before you pay

The constraints that actually get applications refused, with where each one comes from.

  • Important: A UAE sponsor files this, not you

The UAE does not let an individual apply for a tourist visa from abroad. u.ae and the UAE Embassy in New Delhi both state that a UAE-licensed airline, hotel or travel agency must file it. That is the law, not our process — and we are that licensed channel.

  • Good to know: Two different clocks: time to enter, and time to stay

Your visa gives you a window to arrive in the UAE. The 30 or 60 days of stay only start counting when you land. The date printed on your visa is the one immigration enforces, and we show you that exact date rather than a rule of thumb.

  • Important: There is no grace period, and overstaying costs AED 50 a day

The fine starts the day after your stay expires. Dubai removed its old ten-day grace period in May 2023, so any guide still repeating it will get you fined.

  • Important: On a multiple-entry visa the clock does not reset

“Multiple entry, 30 days” means 30 days counted from your first arrival, shared across every trip — not 30 days each time. Enter on day one, leave, return on day 25, and you have five days left.

  • Important: Buy the return ticket — this is not Schengen

A confirmed ticket out of the UAE is a stated condition of the visa, along with a hotel booking covering your whole stay whose dates match your flights.

  • Good to know: If your passport shows only one name, tell us before paying

A passport with a blank surname or blank given-name field can mean being refused boarding to the UAE. Often it is resolvable, but the fix can be a passport reissue, which takes weeks — so raise it at intake, not at the airport.

  • Important: “Ok to Board” is your airline’s rule, not the UAE’s

Some carriers add a verification remark to your booking before they will issue a boarding pass. Confirm with your airline at least 48 hours before you fly. We cannot do it for you because it sits on the carrier’s own system.

  • Important: An ECR passport does not block a UAE holiday

Emigration clearance applies only to taking up employment abroad. Nobody should sell you an “ECR clearance” add-on for a tourist trip — it does not exist.

Why this has to go through a sponsor

United Arab Emirates does not let an individual file this visa themselves. Read the rule from the source.

A UAE tourist visa can only be filed by a UAE-licensed airline, hotel or travel agency — the UAE government says so on its own portal, and the UAE Embassy in New Delhi says the same for Indian passport holders. That is the law, not a hurdle we invented. We are that licensed channel. What you pay us for is set out below.

What you are actually paying us for

The question every visa site avoids answering.

  • Checked against the current rules

We verify every document against United Arab Emirates's requirements as they stand this week, not as they stood last year.

  • Only the documents you actually need

Your checklist changes with your profile — salaried, self-employed, retired, student, minor. You will not be asked for paperwork that does not apply to you.

  • Forms completed correctly

We prepare and pre-fill the application form. Form errors are the most common avoidable cause of refusal.

  • One named person on your file

Not a ticket queue. You get the name and direct line of the person handling your application.

  • Status you can see without logging in

A private tracking link with real timestamps at every stage, and a message on every change.

What it does not buy: influence over the decision. No one can sell you that. The United Arab Emirates authorities decide, and they decide alone.
