What happens after you apply
Step 1
Traveller details
Names exactly as printed on the passport, plus passport dates, for everyone travelling.Step 2
Your documents
Your checklist is tailored to the destination and to your situation, and each item says why it is being asked for. Upload what you have; come back for the rest.Step 3
We check them
Someone goes through every document before anything is sent, against the same list you uploaded to. If an item would get the application refused, you get a note saying which one and why, and a chance to replace it.Step 4
Review and pay once
You check everything, then pay the all-in price in one charge. Nothing is added after you pay.Step 5
Submission and decision
We submit and track, and you follow it on a private tracking link. 7–9 working days once your documents are complete; the Singapore authorities decide.
Things worth knowing before you pay
The constraints that actually get applications refused, with where each one comes from.
Important: You do not file this with ICA yourself
An Indian passport holder cannot pick up a visa at the airport, and an individual in India does not log into ICA's system to lodge the application either. The file goes in through a visa agent authorised by the Singapore High Commission, through an ICA strategic partner, through a contact in Singapore who holds a Singpass account, or at the mission itself. Whoever handles your application is using one of those official routes, and the decision stays with ICA.

Good to know: The visa gets you to the checkpoint; the officer sets your stay
A visa here is permission to travel and ask for entry during its validity window, and ICA says plainly that holding one does not guarantee you will be let in. How long you may stay is decided by the officer at the checkpoint and recorded on an electronic Visit Pass sent by email, with nothing stamped in your passport. Sixty days' validity with up to thirty days per visit is what this product is built around, but both the validity granted and the stay allowed are ICA's call on each application.

Important: A reservation, not a ticket, goes in the file
The Singapore High Commission states that you are not required to buy a flight ticket before applying, and that anyone who buys one early carries the loss if the visa is refused or its dates miss the trip. A reservation is what the file needs; a paid ticket can wait for the decision. What the mission itself asks for is a signed Form 14A, a passport with six months' validity on the day you enter Singapore, and two colour photographs taken within the last three months, with any Hindi-language paperwork translated into English. Bank statements, a cover letter and an itinerary are supporting material the agent handling your file may want on top.

Good to know: Seven to nine working days is the planning figure
That is the turnaround this product is quoted at. The government's own figures are shorter: the Singapore High Commission says an application generally takes three to five working days, not counting the day of submission, weekends or public holidays, and ICA's page says within three working days while adding that some take longer. Both official clocks start the day after the file is lodged, so the sooner a complete file is handed in, the sooner either of them begins.

Good to know: A business visit adds a Singapore-side letter
The processing charge is the same ₹2,100 for tourism and business, but a business file is expected to show who in Singapore is receiving you. Alongside the tourist paperwork it adds your business card, a copy of your PAN card and an invitation letter from the Singapore side, and on a case-by-case basis the High Commission may also ask for a Letter of Introduction on Form V39A from a contact there. Decide which kind of trip it is before you start, because the two files are put together differently.

Why you cannot file this with ICA yourself
Singapore does not let an individual file this visa themselves. Read the rule from the source.

Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA), Singapore; India-lodged applications go through the Singapore High Commission, New Delhi, and its authorised visa agents
Singapore’s Immigration & Checkpoints Authority does not take visa applications from Indian passport holders directly. An application is lodged through an authorised visa agent in India or a Singapore-based local contact, and the approved e-Visa is issued to that party. That is ICA’s rule, not ours. What you pay us for is set out below.
What you are actually paying us for
The question every visa site avoids answering.
Checked against the current rules
We verify every document against Singapore's requirements as they stand this week, not as they stood last year.
Only the documents you actually need
Your checklist changes with your profile — salaried, self-employed, retired, student, minor. You will not be asked for paperwork that does not apply to you.
Forms completed correctly
We prepare and pre-fill the application form. Form errors are the most common avoidable cause of refusal.
One named person on your file
Not a ticket queue. You get the name and direct line of the person handling your application.
Status you can see without logging in
A private tracking link with real timestamps at every stage, and a message on every change.
What it does not buy: influence over the decision. No one can sell you that. The Singapore authorities decide, and they decide alone.
