- Photograph (51 x 51 mm)US spec differs from Schengen: 2x2 inches, square, white background, taken within 6 months.
- MRV fee receiptProof the $185 machine-readable visa fee has been paid. Required to book the interview slot.
- Employment letterRole, salary, tenure and approved leave — evidence of strong ties to India.
- Bank statements (last 6 months)Shows you can fund the trip. There is no official minimum balance, despite what you may read.
- Income Tax Returns (last 3 years)The strongest single financial document for a US interview.

We book the earliest slot we can reach. The 45–60 working days count from your appointment, and you get a firm delivery date once a slot is confirmed.

The authority decides. Anyone who tells you they can guarantee approval is not telling you the truth.

We monitor and book the earliest slot we can reach. When there are genuinely no slots, we will say so rather than take your money and leave you waiting.
Important: Do not buy flight tickets yet
A reservation is enough for the application. Buying a ticket before approval puts your money at risk, not your odds up.
Important: A refusal is not a full refund
The authority keeps its own fee whatever it decides, and that portion is outside our control. Our refund policy sets out exactly what comes back and when.
