Refunds

One policy. It is the same on this page, in your order confirmation and in our terms — there is no second version that contradicts this one.

What is refundable, and when

Before we submit your application

Full refund of everything you paid, including our service fee. Until the file has gone to the authority, nothing has been spent.

After we submit

The government fee, and anything else we passed on for you, are gone — whoever received them keeps them whatever the authority decides, and we cannot recover them. Which of those apply to your visa is itemised on its destination page and on your invoice; some destinations have only the government fee. Our service fee is no longer refundable at this point either, because the work has been done.

If we miss a delivery date we gave you

We refund our service fee and its GST automatically. You do not file a claim, and there is no deadline for asking, because you do not have to ask. We only ever give you a delivery date once your appointment is confirmed, so this is a date we chose and control.

If we cannot get you an appointment

Full refund of everything, including our fee. If we cannot start the job we do not keep the money.

If your visa is refused

The authority keeps its fee. Whether our service fee is returned is decided case by case today — if the refusal followed an error on our side, you get it back. We are working towards a firm, published rule here and will state it plainly once we have enough data to stand behind it.

How you get it back

Always to the card, UPI ID or account you paid from. Never as store credit or a wallet balance. Bank settlement typically takes 5–7 working days after we initiate it, and we initiate it the same working day.

Things we will not do

  • Require you to claim a refund within a short window. If we owe you money, we owe it whether or not you noticed.
  • Deduct a processing charge from a refund we caused.
  • Return your money as credit you can only spend with us.
  • Publish a different refund rule somewhere else. If you find one, it is a mistake and this page wins.
