20–25 working days, counted from your appointment.

What happens after you apply

  1. Step 1

    Traveller details

Names exactly as printed on the passport, plus passport dates, for everyone travelling.
  2. Step 2

    Your documents

The 14 documents to upload are listed above, each with the reason it is asked for. Upload what you have; come back for the rest.
  3. Step 3

    We check them

Someone goes through every document before anything is sent, against the same list you uploaded to. If an item would get the application refused, you get a note saying which one and why, and a chance to replace it.
  4. Step 4

    Review and pay once

You check everything, then pay the all-in price in one charge. Nothing is added after you pay.
  5. Step 5

    Your appointment

We book the earliest slot we can reach. The 20–25 working days count from your appointment, and you get a firm delivery date once a slot is confirmed.

We will not promise you a date we cannot control

A Greece visa requires an in-person appointment and biometrics. The 20–25 working day estimate starts from your appointment, not from the day you pay — because the appointment queue belongs to the consulate, not to us. You will get a firm delivery date the moment your slot is confirmed, and not a moment before.

Things worth knowing before you pay

The constraints that actually get applications refused, with where each one comes from.

  • Important: Greece has no e-visa for Indian passports: the visa is a sticker, lodged in person

Greece is a Schengen state and issues its short-stay visa as a sticker fixed inside your passport, so the file is lodged at a booked appointment rather than online. Fingerprints are taken at that appointment unless you gave them for a Schengen visa within the last 59 months, in which case the stored set can be reused. Tell us when any earlier Schengen visa was issued so the right expectation is set before you book the slot.

  • Good to know: Apply through Greece only if Greece is the point of the trip

One sticker covers the whole Schengen Area, but the application must go to the country that is the main destination, judged by where you stay longest or by what the trip is for. A week on the islands with two nights in Rome is a Greek application; a short but purpose-defining stay, such as a Greek conference, can also make Greece the right consulate even with fewer nights. Only when no main destination can be identified does the country of first entry take the file. Lodged with the wrong consulate, the application is handed back without a decision, the visa fee is returned, and the appointment is lost.

  • Important: The EUR 90 visa fee is paid at lodging and is not returned on refusal

Adults pay EUR 90, children aged six to eleven pay EUR 45, and under-sixes pay nothing. The consulate keeps the fee whether it grants or refuses the visa; it is returned only when the file is handed back unexamined. The application centre adds a service charge of its own, which under EU rules cannot exceed half the visa fee.

  • Important: Travel medical insurance is a legal condition of the visa, not an add-on

The Visa Code requires a policy of at least EUR 30,000 covering emergency treatment, hospital care and repatriation, valid in every Schengen state and for the whole period you are asking for. For a multiple-entry visa, cover for the first trip is enough at the application stage. A policy that names only Greece, or a general travel policy without medical cover, does not meet the requirement.

  • Good to know: Your allowance is 90 days in any 180, and every Schengen day counts against it

The dates printed on the sticker are what the consulate decided for this trip from your itinerary and insurance; the legal ceiling behind them is 90 days inside any rolling 180-day window, shared across all Schengen countries. Days spent in Italy or Spain on the same or an earlier visa draw down the same allowance as days in Greece, so count the whole window, not just this holiday.

  • Important: Hold a ticket reservation, not a paid fare, until the visa is granted

The supporting-document list asks for proof of a return booking, and a reservation satisfies it. Once the file is admissible the consulate has 15 calendar days to decide and may extend that to 45, so plan on several weeks between the appointment and an answer. Because the visa fee is kept on refusal, a non-refundable fare bought before the decision is a second amount at risk. Applications open six months before travel, so there is room to lodge early.

You can also apply yourself

These are the official government portals. Nothing on this page is exclusive to us.

If your paperwork is straightforward and you have the time, applying direct costs you only the authority’s own fees. What you pay us for is set out below.

What you are actually paying us for

The question every visa site avoids answering.

  • Checked against the current rules

We verify every document against Greece's requirements as they stand this week, not as they stood last year.

  • Only the documents you actually need

Your checklist changes with your profile — salaried, self-employed, retired, student, minor. You will not be asked for paperwork that does not apply to you.

  • Appointment secured for you

We hold and book your slot at the visa centre, and re-book it free if it slips.

  • Forms completed correctly

We prepare and pre-fill the application form. Form errors are the most common avoidable cause of refusal.

  • One named person on your file

Not a ticket queue. You get the name and direct line of the person handling your application.

  • Status you can see without logging in

A private tracking link with real timestamps at every stage, and a message on every change.

What it does not buy: influence over the decision. No one can sell you that. The Greece authorities decide, and they decide alone.
