What happens after you apply
Step 1
Traveller details
Names exactly as printed on the passport, plus passport dates, for everyone travelling.Step 2
Your documents
Your checklist is tailored to the destination and to your situation, and each item says why it is being asked for. Upload what you have; come back for the rest.Step 3
We check them
Someone goes through every document before anything is sent, against the same list you uploaded to. If an item would get the application refused, you get a note saying which one and why, and a chance to replace it.Step 4
Review and pay once
You check everything, then pay the all-in price in one charge. Nothing is added after you pay.Step 5
Submission and decision
We submit and track, and you follow it on a private tracking link. 3–5 working days once your documents are complete; the Cambodia authorities decide.

Good to know: Indian passports also qualify for a visa on arrival
You do not have to arrange this visa in advance. India's Ministry of External Affairs lists Cambodia as granting Indian nationals a tourist visa on arrival: single entry, one month, extendable by another month, with the same USD 30 government fee. Immigration may ask to see a hotel booking, a return ticket and around USD 500 in cash. The e-Visa gives you an answer before you fly; the visa on arrival is decided at the counter. Decide which suits you before you pay.

Important: Single entry: a day trip across the border ends it
One entry is all this visa allows. Step into Vietnam, Laos or Thailand and come back, and you will need a fresh visa: another e-Visa if you return through an airport or one of the two e-Visa land crossings, or a visa on arrival at any other checkpoint. Keep Cambodia as one unbroken stay if you want to pay for it once.

Good to know: What the online form actually needs
Three things: a passport with more than six months left on the day you enter Cambodia, a recent passport-style photo as a JPEG or PNG file, and a Visa or MasterCard to pay with. You also travel on the exact passport the visa was issued against — a second passport will not do at the border.

Good to know: USD 30 to the ministry, kept once processing starts
The Cambodian foreign ministry's published fee for the tourist e-Visa is USD 30. Its terms say that filing an application is not an approval, that the ministry may refuse or ask for more, and that visa fees are not refunded once processing has begun. Budget the fee as spent the moment you submit.

Good to know: About three working days, then an e-Arrival form as well
The ministry quotes three business days and calls that an estimate, not a commitment. Approval arrives by email; print it and show it at immigration. The visa must be used within three months of issue. Separately, every traveller — visa or not — is expected to file Cambodia's online e-Arrival form, ideally within the seven days before landing.

If your paperwork is straightforward and you have the time, applying direct costs you only the authority’s own fees. What you pay us for is set out below.
What you are actually paying us for
The question every visa site avoids answering.
Checked against the current rules
We verify every document against Cambodia's requirements as they stand this week, not as they stood last year.
Only the documents you actually need
Your checklist changes with your profile — salaried, self-employed, retired, student, minor. You will not be asked for paperwork that does not apply to you.
Forms completed correctly
We prepare and pre-fill the application form. Form errors are the most common avoidable cause of refusal.
One named person on your file
Not a ticket queue. You get the name and direct line of the person handling your application.
Status you can see without logging in
A private tracking link with real timestamps at every stage, and a message on every change.
What it does not buy: influence over the decision. No one can sell you that. The Cambodia authorities decide, and they decide alone.
