What happens after you apply
Step 1
Traveller details
Names exactly as printed on the passport, plus passport dates, for everyone travelling.Step 2
Your documents
Your checklist is tailored to the destination and to your situation, and each item says why it is being asked for. Upload what you have; come back for the rest.Step 3
We check them
Someone goes through every document before anything is sent, against the same list you uploaded to. If an item would get the application refused, you get a note saying which one and why, and a chance to replace it.Step 4
Review and pay once
You check everything, then pay the all-in price in one charge. Nothing is added after you pay.Step 5
Your appointment
We book the earliest slot we can reach. The 7–15 working days count from your appointment, and you get a firm delivery date once a slot is confirmed.
We will not promise you a date we cannot control
A Brazil visa requires an in-person appointment. The 7–15 working day estimate starts from your appointment, not from the day you pay — because the appointment queue belongs to the consulate, not to us. You will get a firm delivery date the moment your slot is confirmed, and not a moment before.

Good to know: Tourists apply at the consulate; the online visa is business-only
Brazil's e-visa is aimed at a handful of nationalities, and Indian is not one of them; for an Indian passport the online route exists only for business trips. A holiday means a visitor visa: an online form, an appointment at the Embassy in New Delhi or the Consulate-General in Mumbai, and a visa placed in a passport that still has six months to run past your entry date.

Good to know: Up to ten years' validity, and the sticker's dates are what count
Since early 2026 Brazil may issue Indian visitors a multiple-entry visa valid for as long as ten years, twice the previous ceiling. 'May' is the operative word: the consul sets the dates and the number of entries, and a visa marked single or double entry is spent once those entries are used. Read the sticker before booking a trip years out or a hop across a land border and back.

Important: Ninety days is the stay per visit; extending it happens in Brazil, not Delhi
However long the visa itself is valid, each visit is capped at 90 days. Anyone wanting longer asks the Polícia Federal inside Brazil before those days run out, and the ceiling is 180 days in a migratory year. The embassy back in India has no part in that decision once you have landed.

Important: Insurance is your call; the visa does not require it
No policy has to be shown to get a Brazilian visitor visa. If you want cover for a cancelled flight or a hospital visit, buy it for the trip's sake, not for the file.

Good to know: The appointment is the consulate's, and so is the wait
Your file is lodged at an appointment with the Embassy in New Delhi or the Consulate-General in Mumbai, and a decision takes anything from about ten days to three weeks. 'Pending' simply means under review, and nobody outside the consulate can move it along.

Important: The consular fee pays for a decision, not for a visa
Brazil's consulate charges to examine the file, and the charge is the same whether the answer is approved or denied; a refusal does not bring it back. Fees also differ by category, so a figure quoted for a long-stay temporary visa is not the visitor-visa fee a holiday needs.

If your paperwork is straightforward and you have the time, applying direct costs you only the authority’s own fees. What you pay us for is set out below.
What you are actually paying us for
The question every visa site avoids answering.
Checked against the current rules
We verify every document against Brazil's requirements as they stand this week, not as they stood last year.
Only the documents you actually need
Your checklist changes with your profile — salaried, self-employed, retired, student, minor. You will not be asked for paperwork that does not apply to you.
Appointment secured for you
We hold and book your slot at the visa centre, and re-book it free if it slips.
Forms completed correctly
We prepare and pre-fill the application form. Form errors are the most common avoidable cause of refusal.
One named person on your file
Not a ticket queue. You get the name and direct line of the person handling your application.
Status you can see without logging in
A private tracking link with real timestamps at every stage, and a message on every change.
What it does not buy: influence over the decision. No one can sell you that. The Brazil authorities decide, and they decide alone.
