What happens after you apply
Step 1
Traveller details
Names exactly as printed on the passport, plus passport dates, for everyone travelling.Step 2
Your documents
Your checklist is tailored to the destination and to your situation, and each item says why it is being asked for. Upload what you have; come back for the rest.Step 3
We check them
Someone goes through every document before anything is sent, against the same list you uploaded to. If an item would get the application refused, you get a note saying which one and why, and a chance to replace it.Step 4
Review and pay once
You check everything, then pay the all-in price in one charge. Nothing is added after you pay.Step 5
Submission and decision
We submit and track, and you follow it on a private tracking link. 7–8 working days once your documents are complete; the Bangladesh authorities decide.
Things worth knowing before you pay
The constraints that actually get applications refused, with where each one comes from.
Good to know: Online form, paper submission
Filling in the application happens on the web, but that is where the online part ends. Your passport and supporting papers go to the Bangladesh mission physically, and the visa comes back with them. Indian passport holders cannot get a visa on arrival, so this has to be finished before you fly.
Not yet confirmed against the issuing authority.
Good to know: The flight booking comes first
For a tourist application the document list includes a booked return flight, so the ticket has to exist before the file goes in rather than after the visa arrives. The application also asks for your intended entry and exit dates, so fix the itinerary first.
Not yet confirmed against the issuing authority.
Good to know: The visa itself is free for Indian passports
Bangladesh's High Commission lists the visa as gratis for Indian nationals, so there is no government fee in this file. The cost of getting this visa is the cost of preparing and lodging it, not a state charge.
Not yet confirmed against the issuing authority.
Good to know: Seven to eight working days for tourists
Tourist applications are quoted at 7-8 business days and business applications at 4-5. That count begins once the paperwork has been checked and accepted. Because the file goes in on paper together with the passport, expect to be without it for that period.
Not yet confirmed against the issuing authority.
Good to know: Six months of statements, an ITR and an NOC
Beyond passport and ticket, the tourist file asks for bank statements covering the previous six months, an income-tax return, a no-objection certificate, travel insurance, and a covering letter explaining the itinerary and why you will come back. The passport needs at least two blank pages.

If your paperwork is straightforward and you have the time, applying direct costs you only the authority’s own fees. What you pay us for is set out below.
What you are actually paying us for
The question every visa site avoids answering.
Checked against the current rules
We verify every document against Bangladesh's requirements as they stand this week, not as they stood last year.
Only the documents you actually need
Your checklist changes with your profile — salaried, self-employed, retired, student, minor. You will not be asked for paperwork that does not apply to you.
Forms completed correctly
We prepare and pre-fill the application form. Form errors are the most common avoidable cause of refusal.
One named person on your file
Not a ticket queue. You get the name and direct line of the person handling your application.
Status you can see without logging in
A private tracking link with real timestamps at every stage, and a message on every change.
What it does not buy: influence over the decision. No one can sell you that. The Bangladesh authorities decide, and they decide alone.
